The Committee
The Association is run by a Management Committee, which meets every six weeks. The committee consists of representatives of the member organisations as well as an equal number of volunteers from the local community.
The elected officers for 2023-24 are:
- Chairperson: Mrs D. Crook
- Vice-chairperson: Mr I. Butterfield
- Treasurer: Mr. C. Howick
- Membership secretary: Mr. C. Howick
- Secretary: Mr. C. Howick
- Bookings: Mr. C. Howick
- Minutes Secretary: Mr. G. Morecraft
Thanks are due to the late Anne Moloney for her efforts over the last decade on behalf of the Association and as Membership Secretary in particular.
Also, to Peter Misy, who for many years offered his services to the Centre. His knowledge of building meant that the Association received considerable advice and practical help in that area. He was the architect behind the improvements undertaken in 2014. He was also the Treasurer. He will be greatly missed.
The Trustees
As a charitable organisation (reg.no: 281788), Snodland Community Association has three active trustees:

- Mrs. D. Crook (Chairperson)
- Mr. C. Howick (secretary)
Thanks are due to Ron Martin, who has recently retired as trustee after many years in that role. Also, to Eric Barton, who was one of the original members of the Management Committee before the community centre was even built and who latterly served as a trustee. He sadly passed away in January 2019.
