The Committee
The Association is run by a Management Committee, which meets every six weeks. The committee consists of representatives of the member organisations as well as an equal number of volunteers from the local community.
The elected officers for 2011-12 are:
- Chairperson: Mrs D. Crook
- Vice-chairperson: Mr C. Howick
- Treasurer: Mr P. Misy
- Membership secretary: Miss A. Moloney

The Trustees
As a charitable organisation (reg.no: 281788), Snodland Community Association has four trustees:
- Mrs. L. Howick (Life President)
- Mrs. D. Crook (Chairperson)

- Mr. P. Misy (Treasurer)
Thanks are due to Mr. Eric Barton and Mr. Ron Martin, who have recently retired as trustees after many years in that role.
